FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. INK SKETCH INFO
   • All artwork is done on Arches Cold Press 9×12 Watercolor paper.
   • Ink sketches start at $80 for one individual
   • Additional person increases by $30 each.
   • Pets are an additional $25.
   • Homes are $120.
   • Price includes shipping and handling fees.
   • Price includes partial artwork of surroundings (unless you prefer a white background with no backdrop), additional elements that individuals are holding (dolls, flowers, props, etc), and wreaths (if you desire one on top or bottom or both).
   • Price includes all digital files for INK SKETCHES in both PDF and PNG files. PNG files will be on transparent background so client can use them for various clip art/design purposes and print them out at home.
   • The print outs are perfect for children to color and paint. They love it because the sketch is of them or their home!
2. WATERCOLOR INFO

   • Pets are an additional $30.
   • Homes are $180.
   • Price includes shipping and handling fees.
   • Price includes partial artwork of surroundings (unless you prefer a white background with no backdrop), additional elements that individuals are holding (dolls, flowers, etc), and wreaths (if you desire one on top or bottom or both).
   • Digital files are NOT included due to the nature of the watercolor. The integrity of the colors are compromised.
3. What is your turnaround time?
   • Usually 3-4 weeks, sometimes longer depending on the season. Holidays are usually busier and require longer lead times  (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, etc).
   • If you need the artwork sooner, please email me and I will let you know if it is possible.
4. What do you need to get started?
   • Your favorite photo or photos.
5. What can you edit/modify or change from the photos submitted?
   • I can do simple changes in colors and patterns on outfits. For example, if you prefer a pink polka dot blouse vs the pictured blue.
   • I can do different hairstyles given detailed description.
   • If you have further modifications, please email me and I can tell you if it is possible.
6. What if I have no photo to work from?
   • If you’re a shop, and desire artwork of pieces in development, I have worked from sample silhouettes and fabric swatches.
7. What form of payment do you accept?
   • I only accept PayPal for payment. Once I receive payment, I ship all artwork via USPS. Tracking is updated via PayPal.
8. What is your refund policy?
   • I do not issue any refunds due to the custom nature of these pieces. But I will do everything in my power to edit and modify the artwork until satisfied.
9. Where do I find 9×12 frames?
   • Michael’s has a great selection of 9×12 frames. Amazon is another great option.
10. Do you ship internationally?
    • Please email me to inquire as it is dependent on the country.
